What you need to know

Download and crochet Liz Ward's crochet toy ball, made with colourful hexagon granny motifs.

If you thought the only shape that could be grannyfied was a square, think again! This classic toy by designer Liz Ward is made up of pentagons and hexagons, which are joined together along the edges and stuffed to form a sphere. Choose four colours and alternate evenly between them, using two colours for each motif.
